How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping worldwide on orders over $75, and a rate of $6.95-$7.95 for orders under that amount, based on package weight. If you live outside the U.S., you are responsible for any import duties required by your country.

• Delivered At Place (DAP). The seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. 

How long does processing and shipping take?

Please allow 2-4 days for your order to be processed after your purchase is complete and 5-7 days for personalized items to be processed. Standard shipping usually takes between 2-3 weeks depending on location and customs processing times. We are a global company that works with 450 vendors to bring you the best selection of products and orders many arrive in multiple parcels.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we do. Expedited shipping is offered for a fee. Please contact support@poshdoglife.com for applicable expedited shipping rates. 

Where can I track my order?

You can track the shipping status on your order using the link from the shipping confirmation email sent to you. You may receive multiple tracking numbers depending on the number of items in your order and separate emails for each tracking number. Please note that some tracking numbers will have limited details once it has left its origin country but the package is still on its way and the tracking will be updated as soon as our logistics provider hands it off to your local delivery service. Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes? 

Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. Please note that we have already paid shipping costs on your order. It is unlikely that you will have any duties on most of our items, unless it is a product with a higher value.

Duties are calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods (quantity and value of the items being shipped + any insurance that may be associated + shipping cost). Unlike duties and similar to sales tax, VAT is fixed to a percentage that varies from country to country. As per recent regulations, we have paid any taxes on U.S orders. However, you should be aware that all other packages shipped internationally is subject to VAT or Value Added Tax (in other regions, it may be called a goods and services tax, or GST). Any duties and VAT on your international shipment are delivery duty unpaid (DDU) and will be billed directly to you by the global carrier.

If I order multiple items, will they all arrive together in one package? 

We try to consolidate shipping where possible, however, you may receive several packages with tracking numbers, as we use a variety of suppliers, who will ship directly to you for expediency.
